The new visual which was shot and directed by Unlimited L.A, went viral late last night, with the rapper clearly displeased, and expressing it on twitter.
The party-themed visual which had cameos from VJ Ehiz, Lil Kesh and others, has racked up a good number of views, with many on twitter proposing different angles to the story.
One interesting fact which was pointed out was the channel via which the video was released – OlamideVEVO.
OlamideVEVO is Olamide's personal streaming channel on Youtube, via distribution giants, VEVO, a video hosting service owned and operated by a joint venture of Universal Music Group (UMG), Google, Sony Music Entertainment (SME) and Abu Dhabi Media.
The video was obviously uploaded by someone with access to Olamide's VEVO account, and made public to millions of internet users all around the world.
The rapper though, has no idea how that could have happened, as evidenced by his displeasure on twitter. Which brings into question, the security measures at Olamide's record setup – YBNL.
So the search is still on. Who leaked Olamide's video? The answer really would be interesting to us all. It's really worthy of a 'story for the gods'.
