Fox renews show for season 3

The origin story of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes, "Gotham," will return for a third season.

According to TVLine, the origin story of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes has been renewed for a 22-episode third season.

The series joins "Empire," "Scream Queens" and "Bones" which also got renewed for the 2016-2017 TV season.

Recently, it was confirmed thatundefined will return to show for a few episodes in the ongoing season two.

'Gotham' is an origin story of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes, which follows one cop’s rise through a dangerously corrupt city teetering between good and evil, and chronicles the birth of one of the most popular super heroes of our time.
