Veteran Nigerian singer Sound Sultan, 39, knows this and has been in the gym a lot.

Today (January 19), the ‘Orobo’ singer shared a selfie of him on his bicycle before his morning ride.

“Keep Riding ....Make sure you push yourself beyond limits…define yourself only by how far you go after feeling like quiting #Normalisnothing” wrote Sound Sultan in the caption of the picture.
