Rapper sued for failure to pay debt

Lil Wayne has been slammed with a fresh lawsuit few weeks after his sex tape went viral online.

The rapper has been sued by the tour bus driver who accused him of threatening to kill him. Reports say, the Wayne had reached a settlement with the driver after he first sued but he likely forgot to check-in!

According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Mark Jones claims he hasn't seen a cent of the $75k settlement dough. Jones claims Wayne unloaded a death threat during a 2014 ride between tour stops.

Now, Jones is demanding for an extra $887.52 in interest ... which he's been calculating from August 29.
