Distraught Misty told the operator that the NBA star had "blood coming out of his nose and white stuff," and that he seemed "not conscious" and appeared to "not be breathing."
A second employee at the Ranch, Richard Hunter, then dialed 911 and explained that Odom was "breathing regularly" and that he "sound[ed] like he’s snoring a little bit."
According to Hunter the fluid coming out of Odom was “pinkish," and that while attempting to speak to him, Odom "made a few sounds…but he’s in a deep sleep for sure."
According to Us, Hunter also told the operator that Odom had been taking "a bunch" of sexual performance enhancement drugs by the name of "Reload" and had done cocaine on Saturday. According to the FDA, "Reload" is extremely dangerous.
According to Sheriff Sharon Wehrly, "he had used up to 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancements over a three day period," and "he was unconscious but breathing and had blood coming from his nose and mouth along with a white substance."
Wehrly also revealed that police had contacted a member of the Kardashian family, who, upon being informed about Odom, was "understandably distraught." The person contacted was most probably Khloe.
Wehrly was unable to specify the current status of Odom when asked.
Odom was found unconscious around 3 p.m. on Tuesday at local, legal brothel Love Ranch South. Upon discovering the unconscious basketball star, staff called 911. Odom, who was foaming at the mouth, was stabilized by responders and transported to a local hospital before being taken to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where he remained in critical condition.
The NBA pro, 35, had been partying with numerous women at the Love Ranch since Saturday, Oct. 10. “He said he was just trying to get away from people so he could have some time to himself without the pressures of being who he is,” Hof, who opened up his establishment to Odom.
Odom has struggled with substance abuse in the past and was currently residing in Las Vegas.
