People reports the breakup was not drama filled as the former couple parted on good terms.

"It wasn't anything dramatic and they were on good terms – it just came to a natural end," a source told the magazine, adding, "They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together. It was very amiable."

Sources however claim Jennifer Lopez was the one who ended the relationship. Jennifer Lopez and Casper started dating in 2011 after he worked as her back-up dancer for some time.

The singer and the creative director were together even speaking openly about their relationship in July 2012.

In 2014, the then 45-year-old mother of two and the 27-year-old dancer broke up briefly following a messy cheating scandal involving Smart and a transgender model.

They both were involved in an on-again and off-again relationship in the past before calling it quits.
