The singer's hubby has been accused of endangering their young tot when he was spotted driving her around on his lap on Sunday, February 29 in Bentwood.
According to TMZ, the proud father, who was probably giving her daughter her first driving lesson, was clearly violating the law and putting his child in an extremely risky position.

The site further reports that Rutler drove about 100 yards down the road before pulling into a parking spot but somewhat forgot there's an airbag just inches away from Summer's fragile face should something happens.
Reports say Rutler could've been hit with a $475 ticket for a first offense, but because cops didn't witness it he was lucky to get away with it.
