Ambode, Modenine, Loose Kaynon turn a year older

The Lagos state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode lead the pack of celebrities celebrating their birthdays today, Sunday, June 14, 2015.

The governor joins rap heads, Modenine and Loose Kaynon, who are also celebrating their lives for turning a year older.

Akinwunmi Dapo Ambode was born in Epe, Lagos State on June 14, 1963. A Nigerian businessman and activist, who currently occupies the oval office as the Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria, Ambode was formerly the Accountant-General of Lagos State and has held other positions in the state's government.

Modenine is unarguably one of Nigeria's leading rappers that has stand the test of time in the last two decades. Born Babatunde Olusegun Adewale on June 14, 1975, the 40-years old rapper is the only rap act that won a category of an award ceremony for seven times in a roll! The seven times winner of the Headies Lyricist on the Roll winner remains one of the most decorated artist by the magazine.

Loose Kaynon is a rap artiste and one of the first artistes signed to M.I's Loopy music. Born on June 14, the rapper describes himself as the beard gang creator. he became a regualr face on the music scene after he rode on the wings of M'I's music company.
