Couple make first red carpet debut

The couple couldn't hid their smiles as they posed, with Cooper looking dapper in a black and white suit, while Shayk looked glam worthy in a stunning red gown.

Cooper has been finding it difficult to keep his eyes of his new love recently while his supermodel girlfriend strutted the catwalk at Givenchy's Paris Fashion Week season debut.
