Comedian could finally be charged for rape

Bill Cosby could finally be charged with rape after been accused by more than a dozen women for sexual assault since 2014.

According to reports, the Los Angeles Police Department has handed over the results of their investigation to the L.A County D.A's office about an alleged assault by the iconic actor at the Playboy Mansion. If this goes through, it could result in serious charges.

Chloe Goins recently filed a suit against the comedian claiming in 2008 when she 18-years-old, Cosby got her drunk during a party at the Playboy Mansion. She added that she blacked out and she finally woke up, she found herself half naked with Cosby licking her toes while his pants were around his ankles.

LAPD detectives investigated the incident after she came forward and now it's in the hands of the D.A. Cosby's attorneys have denied the allegation in the past ... Saying he wasn't even there.
