Rapper takes nasty shot at Puff Daddy again!

50 Centis not slowing down on shading his rival Puff Daddy and this time, he may have taken his beef to a whole new level.

The rapper posted a picture he took with a transgender on his Instagram on September 20 during the launch of his Effen Vodka liquor.

"Why wouldn't I take this picture?" 50 Cent wrote before adding, "I have taken pictures with puffy too. Lol but buck was like what the f**k, LMAO".

The picture also featured his protege, young Buck who clearly refused to stand by the transgender in the picture but it's what Fiddy said that touched Diddy's fans.

This is not the first time the G-Unit boss is taking shots at Diddy. Last year he accused the Bad Boy founder of being a bisexual and having an affiar with Rick Ross - who isnow engaged to model, Lira Galore.

In a radio interview with Power 105.1FM back in June, 50 Cent told host Angie Martinez, "[Cailtyn Jenner] is a cute older joint," when asked if he'd seen the reality star's Vanity Fair magazine spread.

The G-Unit helmsman also took a humorous approach to Jenner’s transformation. In a meme he posted to Instagram, a side-by-side picture of Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner is featured, along with the following text over Kris’ picture: “Hold the fuck up how this bitch look better than me."
