Freeze responds by saying that there is nothing wrong with sleeping with your husband during a fast.

He backs his statement with 2 Samuel 12: 8 and 1 Corinthians 7:5 -7, which says, “Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. I say this as a concession, not as a command. I wish that all of you were as I am. But each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.”

He also addresses the issue on his website writing, “If you are married make sure you have mutual consent before embarking on a fast. Don’t be deceived into thinking you have control over the desires of your flesh. Don’t deny one another. Keep temptation out of your marriage."
