How to prove God's existence to an unbeliever

A Christian speaker highlights the issues with atheist reasoning while making a strong case for God.

In a recent Facebook video, a Christian speaker, author and apologist named Frank Turek argues that atheists are stealing their reasoning from God.

He explains that the common arguments used by unbelievers are all based on things created by God, adding that this proves that they fundamentally wrong.

Turek goes on to use a simple acronym: CRIMES to make his case. C stands for Casualty, R for Reason, I represents Information and Intentionality, M is for Morality, E for Evil while S stands for Science.

Starting with Casualty, he asks, "Why is the universe so orderly, if there is no God, no mind out there ordering all this? Why are the natural laws and forces so consistent? Because there is a mind behind them. When atheists use this to try and disprove God, they are actually stealing from God to argue against him."

Referring to Reason, the apologist explains that this alone is proof that atheists are wrong and God is real.

"If we are just molecules in motion, and there is no immaterial realm, how does reason exist? We're just reacting. We're nothing by moist robots," he says. "So, ironically, atheists who claim to be beacons of reason have made reason impossible by their worldview of materialism."

Turek continues until he gets to the last one - Science. Referring to the popular claim made by atheists who say humans are 'the champions of science,' he notes that this  is actually "impossible if atheism is true."

He further explains that human beings have "no warrant to believe anything we learn from science," if atheists are right. He adds, "You know what makes science possible? God. So, when they are doing science, they are actually stealing from God in order to argue against him."

These points are further explained in his book, "Stealing From God: Why Atheists Need God to Make Their Case."
