Automation of business processes and electronic document management solution, Prowoks, will eventually diminish the usage of paper-based work systems and shorten the time spent on projects, according to Joel Ogunsola, chief executive officer of Prunedge.

The platform provides better control over sensitive records and access to documents can be accessed at the folder level for different groups or individuals.
The software which was launched in 2021 has been well received by the public sector with Oyo and Ekiti State governments already deploying the platform to solve complexity in a number of their civil service systems.
