Social media reactions as an unlucky deflection off the Red devils captain gives Everton the crucial lead at half-time in Goodison Park

Manchester United play Everton in the Premier League at Goodison Park on Saturday, April 9.

The Toffees went ahead in the 27th minute through an Anthony Gordon strike that was unluckily deflected past Manchester United captain Harry Maguire, and past the helpless David de Gea.

Davies goal was enough to level matters as both sides headed into the break with Everton holding on to a slender 1-0 lead.
