Court grants phone snatchers N100,000 bail
32 year old man in court for stealing mobile phone.

A court judge, Magistrate Ipaye Nwachukwu has granted bail to two men who allegedly snatched a phone from a man on a motorcycle.

The accused, Abdulrasaki Alao and Abdulkareem Ojulari reportedly stole the device from one Daniel Emmanuel .
The incident happened in front the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, report says.
Sergeant Anthonia Osayande, a prosecutor in the case said the suspects, along with others committed the crime on October 24, 2016.

Alao and his accomplice have been slammed with two-count charges of conspiracy and stealing.
This contravened Sections 285(1) and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2011.
Magistrate Ipaye Nwachukwu adjourned the case till November 24, 2016 for further hearing.
