Midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi has expressed his support for the Super Eagles  team ahead of this weekend's 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifying against the Tanzania.

The Lazio of Italy midfielder is suspended for the clash following his red card in the Super Eagles match day one 2-0 win against Chad in Kadunna.

Onazi took to Twitter to express good wishes to his Nigerian colleagues ahead of the clash.

"I wish my teammates  all the best as they start preparation for the most important qualifying game against Tanzania," Onazi wrote on his Twitter.

"Really sorry for the red card in the last match against Chad in Kaduna.

"I will be the number one fan  of the Super Eagles when we play Tanzania and I will pray for victory which is the most important.

"I will join you guys as soon as I serve my two match suspension."

The Super Eagles are second on the table behind Pharaohs of Egypt on goal difference following their comfortable wins in match day one.
