The new blue kit was unveiled today, Thursday, August 13 with forward Theo Walcottmodelled the kit as part of a sneak preview on the club's Instagram account.

"Here's #Arsenal's new @pumafootball cup kit for 2015-16. What do you think of it Gooners?" the caption read.

In another promotional materials for the jersey, Walcott is joined by the likes of Santi Cazorla, Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud surrounded by what appears to be a neon electrical storm to promote the new kit.

The jersey is navy blue, with white, blue and yellow vertical stripes down the bottom half of the shirt and also the same with one that leaked earlier in the year.

"The new cup kit features a modern interpretation of a classic football sash, a diagonal stripe across the chest," makers of Arsenal's kits, Puma said.

"PUMA's new design however is modernised through the addition of more geometric stripes, chosen in the seasonal colours white, victory gold and capri breeze blue on an overall anthracite base."

The Emirates club signed a £34million-per-year deal with the German manufacturers last season.

Arsenal already have a red home kit and the gold and navy away version which will be worn in away league games.
