“Mason Is Scott Disick’s Son” … Kourtney Kardashian Fights Back Infidelity Claims

This controversy has been going on for a while and Kourtney Kardashian is not finding these infidelity accusations any funnier. The reality star is been blamed for the confusion going on in her home as her fiancé, Scott Disick fights paternity rights over their first child, Mason Disick with a model who claimed he had unprotected sex with Kourtney in 2009.

Michael Girenti will be smiling to the courtroom after filing a paternity lawsuit and joint custody over his acclaimed son with Kourtney. The model claims Mason is his son and has no doubt that the kid was a result of their affair 3 years ago after they met at a photo shoot in August 2008.

He claims they began a 'texting relationship' for 3 months. Girgenti added that he was hanging with Kourtney while she was “on the outs” with Scott and “she wanted to hang.” He goes even further by saying they had unprotected vaginal sex, “I ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina.”

A flick of them from their photo shoot has stemmed up online which makes the story even more confusing. This however, could be a deal breaker for Scott Disick. Scott has been proposing to marry Kourtney since forever and she had never agreed. Could this be Out for Scott or will he fight to keep his son? Only time will tell.

Scott Disick is obviously not a happy man! Could Kourtney's tears fix the situation?
