You've officially made it through the holidays, which means you can heave a big ol sigh of relief. Everyone got their presents, you hit up all the best parties, and now you can justchill. Oh, wait. Nope. Youve got to get through the full moon in Cancer on January 10th first. (Sorry, I don't make the astrological rules.)

Its called the Full Wolf Moon, and its going to give you some seriously intense thoughts, like where youre headed with your life, according to Donna Page , a certified astrologer in Atlanta. NBD, of course.

But theres a lot more to it than that. Heres everything your zodiac sign can expect from the Full Wolf Moon in Cancer and how its going to impact your future.

Stepping back for just a sec here: In astronomy, the moon has unique phases, each with a different name. During a full moon , the moon looks like a round, bright, er, full circle of light in the sky. Full moons were given different names by the Native Americans of North America, and plenty of those names still exist today.

This particular full moon is called a Full Wolf Moon because wolves were more often heard howling during this time, according to the Farmers Almanac . Native American cultures usually hold a lot of respect for wolves, so this was considered a good thing, the Almanac points out.

Lets just get this out of the way RN: This full moon is "a doozy," Page says. Its super intense because its connected to a big astrological event called the Saturn-Pluto conjunction, which happens every 40 or so years. ICYDK, a conjunction in astrology is when two planets are at about the same degree of the same sign, Page explains. When that happens, their energies are combined and usually stronger than usual. Soyeah, youre going to feel it big time.

For starters, youll have some questions about your sense of security, like whether you feel safe and secure in all aspects of your life, Page says. This doesnt mean youll suddenly start obsessing over those pop-up ads for home-security systems (although if your mouse just so happens to click one, well...you do you). Its more that youll start to have Qs about your job security and how stable your relationship is , along with more standard security stuff, like how safe you feel walking home at night. And what can be more fun that freaking out over all that at once, amirite?

At the same time, youll have some serious #thoughts about your career and whether you feel like its a good fit for you. Are you really okay doing your normal nine-to-five for the foreseeable future, or is it time to shake things up?

The Full Wolf Moon will impact every zodiac sign, but Page says Capricorn and Cancer will feel it the most.

On the bright side, a full moon can also make you more creative, so...there's that.

First, breathe. Then breathe again. Good? Okay, cool.

While its natural and important to think about your security in life, freaking out over it never helped anyone. So take this time to mull over some areas you feel could use some improvement. Maybe you dont feel super safe walking back to your place alone at night, so you start taking a martial-arts class to feel more confident in your ability to defend yourself (if things ever came to that, which, fingers crossed, they won't). And tbh, that can't hurt.
