The lavish white wedding ceremony between Aminu Abubakar and Nana Akyaa took place on Saturday, April 23 at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra, Ghana.

The former VP wasn't present for his son's wedding due to a lecture he was scheduled to deliver at the London School of Economics but he was well represented by his wife, Titi Abubakar who is also the groom's mother and other family members.

Popular singer, Davido gave a surprise performance at the wedding ceremony. Banke Meshida-Lawal of BM|Pro was behind the bride's flawless makeup.
