It also aids digestion, clears the sinuses amongst other things, which makes this the perfect smoothie if you're experiencing digestion challenges or even need to detox.

What you need:

  • 1 cup water, or more as needed
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Directions:

Blend water, blueberries, strawberries, ginger, and agave nectar together in a blender until thick and smooth.
