The first thing you want to do is drain the coconut water. To do that use a nail or punch to put two holes in the coconut.  The best place to do this is in the eyes of the coconut as they are softer and easy to poke through using a hammer.

Steps

1. Hack open your coconut.

2. Drain water

3. Add some ice to the coconut

4. Add some coconut water

5. 1 oz white rum

6. 1/4 of a lime

Stir everything together and serve.

This is a great simple and inexpensive cocktail.
