The 23rd edition of the annual event which turned out political with speeches from the stars held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and the ladies especially dazzled in different designer frocks.

Bold/vibrant colours, monotones, body grazing silhouettes, chic pants and more modern meets timeless looks dominated the red carpet.

Taraji P Henson was a sight for sore eyes in Reem Acra, Kerry Washington dazzled in Roberto Cavalli while Tracee Ellis Ross chose a piece from Ulyana Sergeenko amongst others with these ladies easily getting on the best dressed list.
