Big Brother Africa star <strong>Uti Nwachukwu</strong> turned 30 on the 3rd of August 2012, and what better way to celebrate than to give back to the society.

Uti being a very sociable person and a party rocker, shunned the club and chose instead to mark his birthday with many abandoned Nigerian widows at the Calabar Hall Surulere, Lagos.

The widows who came in all age groups were all filled with joy and excitement, as they had been remembered by a young man they all admire and respect.

Uti, looking a charming as always, expressed his gratitude to God for the opportunity to give back to the community in his own special way. The former Big Brother Africa winner said, he understood the plight of Nigerian widows, as his Mom is one also and feels that they have been neglected. This for him is an opportunity to set an example for other to emulate and support this widows. He added that,

There were lots to eat and drink, and also food and gift items were presented to the widows who couldn’t hide their joy, as they prayed for the celebrant, Uti Nwachukwu.

Also speaking on his turning 30th, he said “I am grateful to God for all his blessings, I am looking forward to much greater things” asked if he had plans of getting married he said, he hope to fulfill that before he turns forty and prays to soon own his own house.

Uti was supported by his friends and colleagues, notable face at the event include, Kefee, The popular Nollywood twins, Chidebere and Chidinma Aneke, Alex Okubo, former Mr. Nigeria, Kenneth Okolie, comedian Elenu and others.
