Rapper gets his first number song

Kendrick Lamar has scored his first number one single thanks to the pop sensation Taylor Swift.

The California native rapper featured on the remix of Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood'. The track has jumped to the top spot after the video set a new VEVO record of highest number of views within the first 24 hours.

Lamar is on the same level with Drake who scored his number one hit by jumping on Rihanna's record 'What's My Name'.
