Singer unveils release date, cover art for "The Chief" debut album

Nigerian-American singer Jidenna has set a release date for debut album "The Chief".

The album is set for release on February 17, 2017.
The 'Classic man' also has out the cover art for the album.
The album consolidates his EP "Ephesus", a compilation project with Janelle Monae.
'Classic man', one of his popular tunes was a nominee at the 58th Grammy Music Awards.

The tracklist for the album is yet to be unveiled however.
Jidenna visited his home country Nigeria back in 2016 in promotion of the forthcoming album, touching Lagos and Enugu. He also held a homecoming concert in Lagos which was recorded as a success.
