Miley Cyrus has successfully completed the move from Hannah Montana to adult star.

The singer, who has taken a turn for the raunchy, showed up topless for a New York Fashion Week after-party thrown by designer, Alexander Wang.

Miley paired her black pants with ice cream cone pasties to cover her nipples as she stepped out for the party which held in Brooklyn.

NY Daily reports that Miley partied with Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and took photos with host Wang and several fans at the event.
