Actress' husband demands spousal support after divorce

Brian Austin Green has finally agreed to sign the divorce papers but not until his estranged wife, Megan Fox hands him half of her fortune.

According to court documents obtained by People magazine on Tuesday, September 29, Austin Green has asked for spousal support and joint custody of their sons.

Green, 42, and Fox, 29, were married for five years and are parents to two children Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months. He is also a father to 13-year-old son Kassius, from his previous relationship with ex Vanessa Marcil.

Fox filed for divorce last month citing irreconcilable differences.
