Singer, Katy Perry and ex flame, John Mayer, might have sparked romance reports after the former couple was seen dining together in Beverly Hills over the weekend.
According to US Weekly, Katy Perry and John Mayer have “reconnected” after calling it quits on their two year-long relationship this past February.
“Things just needed to cool down. They aren’t officially back on but talking again,” a source told the celebrity website.
Katy Perry has been dating American Disc Jockey, Diplo since her split with John Mayer but US Weekly sources say the couple are not serous with each other, leaving room for a reconnection with her ex, John Mayer.
“It was only ever a hook up thing with Diplo and never serious. Katy was so busy touring all last year that she couldn’t be with anyone seriously. The pace of the tour was excruciatingly hard to get through. She had no downtime,” the source said.
After their dinner, Mayer reportedly headed back to Katy Perry’s L.A. pad.
