A doctor claims there's a possibility that Beyonce may have fixed her nose and lips to look the way she looks now

After Britney Spears' ex husband, Kevin Federline slammed Beyonce on Twitter on November 22… claiming the singer had undergone face surgery and botox to help her look beautiful, an expert tells Radar Online it could be the truth!

The 'Crazy In Love' hit maker is always a knockout but at a fight in Las Vegas over the weekend, she looked like she might have had a few nips and tucks. A top doctor weighs in on what she might have had done The 34-year-old looked remarkably different on November 22 at the Cotto versus Alvarez fight in Las Vegas.

"It appears that she's had a , causing her nose to look noticeably thinner and refined,"Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Beyonce, told Radar about the star.

"Her upper lip also looks like it may have been moderately enhanced, possibly with a filler like ," the doctor said about Queen Bey's 'new face'.

"Her smile lines, aka the nasolabial folds, also appear to have been reduced, maybe with an injectable filler like Restylane," Dr. Youn surmised about the "Single Ladies" star, who denies having had any work done.

She's a multi-millionaire, but Dr. Youn estimated that Beyonce could have spent a small fortune on her new face, with rhinoplasty running about $10,000; lip filler, $1,000; and wrinkle filler, $1,000.

"Overall, she looks great!" Dr. Youn told Radar
