Nigerian striker Brown Ideye has announced his departure from Greek topflight club Aris Thessaloniki.

Ideye joined Aris Thessaloniki in the summer of 2019 on a one-year contract and will be leaving following the expiration of his contract.
“Thank you @ARIS__FC for giving me the chance to be a part of ARIS family, to all the ARIS fans thanks a lot for making me feel I’m home, God Bless!!.” the 31-year-old said on Twitter.
The former Nigeria international scored 10 goals and made one assist in 31 games for Aris Thessaloniki and helped them secure a Europa League spot in the just-concluded season.
It is not known where the former Nigeria international will be playing next.

Since leaving Nigeria in 2007, the striker has played in Switzerland, France, Ukraine, England, China, Spain and Greece.
