Comedian shares photo of his police encounter

Star comedian Bovi Ugboma recently shared a photo of himself in an encounter with police officers.

But where we'd probably expect them to be angry, or checking his car papers, or searching his phone for control numbers, or checking for the receipt of his laptop, they are seen laughing heartily.
