Researchers said men who used a synthetic oxytocin nasal spray consumed fewer calories when served a supersized breakfast.
Here's one major reason why you SHOULD have more sex
Forget the gym! A new study has revealed that oxytocin, which is popularly called 'love hormone', released during sex and cuddling may also aid weight loss.

In a release, Dr. Elizabeth Lawson, an assistant professor of medical at Havard Medical School, said: "Our results are really exciting.
"Further study is needed, but I think oxytocin is a promising treatment for obesity and its metabolic complications."
The 25 male participants had an average age of 27. Thirteen of them had a healthy weight while the remaining 12 were obese or overweight.
Each of them were given a single dose of the chemical or a placebo after fasting. Researchers let the men pick a breakfast entry off a menu an hour later. The men repeated the experiment on a different day.
Well, as for whether this research also applies to ladies, the doctors will test the spray on women next, followed by a study of both sexes at the same time.
Presently, oxytocin nasal spray made by Novartis is only available in Europe.
In addition, the love hormone may also help children with autism and relieve alcohol withdraw symptoms, previous studies have shown.
The Harvard research was presented at the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society, on Sunday, March, 8, 2015.
My suggestion is this, while the nasal spray is still unavailable in this part of the world, the easiest and fastest way to get your oxytocin on and lose weight is to have more regular sex!
Now you have a fantastic excuse to get your groove on tonight.
