The Vice President was a stand-in for President Buhari who is in Paris, France after his participation in the One Planet Summit that took place on Tuesday, December 12.

Notable absentees at Wednesday's meeting include Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema and Minister of State for Environment, Ibrahim Jibrin, who are both part of the president's delegation to France.

VP Osinbajo had also filled in for President Buhari during last week's meeting after he embarked on a 2-day visit to Kano State.
