Security operatives have discovered a ritualists den in Ikeja area of Lagos.

It was gathered that human parts concealed in some sachets were found at the hideout located at Ile-Zik, around Ikeja along.

According to The Cable, three suspects have been arrested, while a sharp knife was found on one of the suspects said to have been posing as a mad man.

The suspects are said to be undergoing interrogation at Isokoko police station.

No fewer than eight police patrol vans are currently at the location, with a huge crowd flooding the place, causing major traffic.

This comes two days after a den was allegedly uncovered on the Ijaiye axis of the same expressway.

UPDATE:

The commissioner of Police in Lagos, Fatai Owoseni has refuted reports that the manhole served as a hideout for kidnappers.

Owoseni said the tunnel served as a home for destitute.

"We have to stop this culture of jungle justice and allow the law take its course. This matter is a pure case of destitute and not ritualists", Owoseni said.
