Rice pudding is a creamy and sumptuous delicacy that leaves you licking every corner of your mouth hours after taking it.
Quite easy to prepare with only a few ingredients which are easily accessible, a good and creamy rice pudding will be achieved.
1. Wash the rice. Put in a pot, add some salt and water. Boil for about 15-20 minutes till rice is tender.
2. Stir in the milk and sugar and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes till it thickens, stirring it at intervals.
Note; Do not overcook so that it doesn't become solid on cooling.
3. You can add some vanilla flavour once done and probably sprinkle cinamom on it.
