It is, however, important to state here that women who engage in this practice burden themselves with the greater risk of certain pregnancy problems or having a baby die from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

Your smoke is also bad for other people - they breathe it in and can get many of the same problems as smokers do.

However, you should be aware that there is no high and fast route to quit smoking.

It starts with a mental attitude and an emotional framework of self-trust as you clearly assess that the condition of smoking stands against every dimension of individual progress.

Water helps your healing process and enables you to recover from smoking while you are trying to quit.

Your efforts to quit smoking will likely be met by the feeling of nausea. This is a common symptom most people experience when they try to quit.

However, taking ginger in tablets, capsules or as a tea form will help calm your stomach and help you overcome nausea.

What you should look out for as you combat your addiction is something that can ease the withdrawal symptoms and make you able to handle your cravings.
