Woman allegedly gives birth to goat after 3 years of pregnancy

A stranger than fiction incident was recorded in Port Harcourt after a woman who had been carrying a pregnancy for three years gave birth to a goat.

Residents of Rumuowha Eneka community in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State have been thrown into shock and fright after a woman who had been carrying a three-year-old pregnancy allegedly

According to an eyewitness, Simeon Chukwu who posted the incident on his Facebook wall, the woman who is from Abia State but married to a man from Akwa Ibom State, was delivered after a prayer and fasting period at a branch of the Redeemed Christian Church of God at the Karaka Community Hall in the area.

After the prayers, the woman reportedly gave birth to the goat-baby and as word quickly spread in the community, many people trooped out to see for themselves the strange birth.

"This woman has been pregnant for the past 3yrs but got her deliverance at Karaka Community Hall Rumuowha Eneka Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

She is from Abia State and her husband is from Akwa/Ibom State."

It is not known what could have caused the strange birth neither have doctors Pulse spoke to could say what could have happened but some say the woman could have been bewitched by her enemies and planted the goat in her womb in place of her baby.
