An Iranian man who punctured another man's eye during fight will have his gouged as punishment.
The 27-year-old man identified as Hammed, was said have been in a fight with the 23-year-old victim in March, 2011, and during the brawl, he damaged the younger man's eye.
On August 1, 2015, Hamned was sentenced to 'eye-gouging' by an Iran Fundamentalist Court of Justice.
