Samuel is accused of allegedly killing his nine-months-old daughter, Chinoso, on December 25, 2015,and two-year-old Miracle, on January 1, 2016, respectively.

Police prosecutor, Sgt. Tuesday Ganagana revealed that the matter was reported by the mother of the children identified as Grace Edwin, at the ‘A’ Division Police Headquarters and CIID, Lokoja.

The complainant who resides in Nataco Area Lokoja claimed that the accused suffocated the nine-month-old on Christmas day, alleging that Samuel deliberately covered the baby's nostril's and mouth while pretending to play with her, which led to her death.

Chinonso was reportedly confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja.
