Wizkid, whose collaboration with Drake, has shot him up as the top Nigerian act on Spotify, clinched the laurel for the second time after winning it first in 2013.

He used the opportunity of the night to announce and welcome Ghanaian acts, Efya, R2Bees and Mr Easi as newly signed acts on his Starboy Records.
