Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has promised to complete projects of importance that were started by his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi.

Wike said further that his administration would take the state to higher heights.

The governor made the comments on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, during a meeting with the Archbishop of the Niger Delta Province, Anglican Communion, Archbishop Ignatius Kattey, at the Government House in Port Harcourt.

He said:

“Our administration shall never lose focus. We have made promises and we shall keep to the promises. Any project that will impact positively on the lives of the people of the state will be completed by this administration.”

Wike took over from Amaechi on May 29, 2015.
