“He was defensive throughout our last fight. I have watched the fight again and I have seen what needs to be done to counter his defensive strategy and knock him out. He has strength in abundance, but he fights only one way, which I have figured out. It will be a knockout,” Fijabi boasted.

Following Kwabena King's challenge for a rematch on December 26, 2016, Fijabi has said that the Ghanaian will encounter a different boxer from the one he met at their first bout.

Fijabi is slated to defend his title against the Kwabena King at the GOtv Boxing Night 10 scheduled to hold at the Indoor Sports Hall of the National Stadium, Lagos.

The first fight between the duo ended in a split decision victory for Fijabi.
