This season, however, Moses has remained at Chelsea under new boss Antonio Conte who has deployed the 25-year-old as a wing-back.

In his wing-back position, Moses has impressed hugely and continued his form in Chelsea's 5-0 win over Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, November 5.

“Yeah it’s great, you have to be happy for him,” Premier League legend Paul Scholes told

“The last five years he’s been all over the place, he’s been shipped out to places [on loan], but like you said this formation has seemed to suit him better.”

The forward who has now scored two goals and made an averaged three defensive actions-per-game in 10 Premier League appearances this season is set to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Algeria on Saturday, November 12.

Moses missed the Super Eagles 2-1 win at Zambia in the opening round of the qualifiers but is now available for the Algeria clash.

“After a great result on Saturday for Chelsea now it's time to focus on #Nigeria. Can't wait for the game against Algeria this Saturday,” the Africa Cup of Nations winner wrote on Twitter.
