The Wait is Over: Here's When Dončić is Expected Back on the Court

The Slovenian basketball star, Luka Dončić, recently traveled to Spain for injury treatment. While there, he took the opportunity to watch the EuroLeague clash between Real Madrid and Crvena Zvezda alongside Novak Djokovic. With Dončić and Austin Reaves both sidelined, LeBron James currently leads the Lakers.

However, news has emerged regarding Dončić's potential return to the court, reportedly slated for sometime between Game 3 and Game 4 of the playoff series against Houston.

Game 4, which is projected to be his first appearance post-recovery, is scheduled for April 27th in Houston.

Dončić is expected to play limited minutes upon his return, allowing him to gradually re-acclimate to the competitive rhythm and prepare for the latter stages of the NBA playoffs, should his Lakers advance without him at full strength.

As for Austin Reaves, his return is not anticipated before May, with no precise timeline currently available.
