Seattle Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas expects to face a fully-fit Aaron Rodgers in Sunday's National Football Conference (NFC) championship game.
The Seahawks will take on Green Bay for a spot in the Super Bowl and the lead-up to the NFC decider has been focused on the Packers' quarterback, with Rodgers battling a calf injury.
But Thomas is convinced Rodgers is faking the injury, arguing he saw enough in Green Bay's 26-21 win over the Dallas Cowboys last week to indicate the Packers' QB can do anything to secure victory.
"I'm not buying into this leg issue," Thomas told reporters on Thursday.
"I'm not buying into it. I saw him scramble close to the goal line on the Cowboys, so he's not fooling me with that."
Thomas' team-mate K.J. Wright stopped short of arguing Rodgers is faking an injury but insisted the 31-year-old will remain a formidable opponent.
"We know he's a little banged up but he looks just fine to me in that last game - he was making most of his throws, he didn't scramble as much and get out of the pocket as he's done in the past, but for the most part, he's making all of his throws and he looks just fine," the linebacker said.
"So we're going to treat him like he's healthy and like he's 100 per cent."
