A few hours ago in a new video for Momoa's YouTube series "On the Roam", the Game of Thrones actor pulled an unthinkable move and took a Braun MGK model trimmer to his iconic facial hair. This wasnt just a little trim-the man went fully clean-shaven. Cue the jaw drop.

Momoa clearly knew this moment would get some major attention, so he used the opportunity, standing in the middle of the desert, to discuss another topic saying "Most importantly, I just want to do this, to bring awareness to the plastics that are killing out planet."

Momoa continued to urge fans to recycle and choose aluminum cans of water over plastic bottle, though he made it clear he didn't "want to bitch about it."

If we had to take a wild guess, wed bet Momoa has a new role in the works that required him to go clean-shaven-theres really no other possible reason for such a drastic change that feels totally out of character.
