A Kelechi Iheanacho strike gave Nigeria the win over Tanzania on Saturday, September 3 in a dead rubber 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) earlier promised that the match bonuses for the game would be paid to the players and Rohr has confirmed that they have fulfilled their promises.

“Yes, the federation has paid the bonuses for the Tanzania game, including other allowances, as well as other outstanding dues to the players and officials,” the German coach told in an interview.

“They have also assured us that the bonus for the away victory against Zambia will be paid before the next game. We are okay with the federation and we appreciate the efforts of the president.”

The Super Eagles will next face Algeria at home in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Saturday, November 12.
