Nigeria will face Mali in France on Friday, May 27 before traveling to face Luxemboug on Tuesday, May 31.
Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo was the first player to arrive camp before 16 others joined him according to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Ogenyi Onazi, Brown Ideye, Abdullahi Shehu, Umar Aminu, Kingsley Madu, Elderson Echiejile, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Etebo Oghenekaro and Musa Muhammed were some of the players that left Abuja aboard an Air France flight on Tuesday, May 24.
Carl Ikeme, Leon Balogun, Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon were also among the players.
Morocco –based midfielder Babatunde Michael and Turkey –based Raheem Lawal and Gbenga Arokoyo are expected to join camp soon.
Also expected are South Africa –based goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi and Norway –based defender William Troost Ekong.
Turkey –based defender Kenneth Omeruo has been held back by visa hitch while Manchester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho has resolved his own issues and flown to join the Super Eagles.
Efforts are still being made by the NFF to resolved the visa problem.
